For a combined time of more than 75 years we have been building tube amplifiers, pre-amplifiers and speaker systems.  Our Lead Engineer was designing and building equipment when Harold Leak was building his line of amplifiers,  but he choose not to retail at that time.  With advancements in communications and the renewed strong interest in vacuum tube technology we feel this is the time to offer our experience and Custom Products.

   With this experience of designing and building many audio amplifiers in the past we can now share our vision of what makes a good amplifier with our customers. Many recipes have been tried over the years and this is now the result of many successful batches.  We think that we have seen enough poor methods incorporated into other's products to know not to make those mistakes in our designs.

   Many hours have been spent to specify and source the best quality components for the money, to be used in these amplifiers. When possible we have chosen military grade components e.g. tubes, many with up to 5000 hour life expectancy.

We personally do listening tests on every amplifier using our favorite Altec Lansing monitors.  For listening tests we use a set of Altec 18’s using a sweet pair of 604E’s,  and a second set of custom built Altec Lansing monitors that use pristine 288G’s driving 311-60 horns, and 421 woofers.  Other fine monitors used in our listening studio include JBL, Electro-Voice and of coarse some of our own designs.  We WOULD NOT sell anyone an amplifier that didn't perform to our high standards during listening tests. 

   Here is our design philosophy. We build a very decent product, at a low price that almost anyone can afford. We have faith in our engineering expertise, our track record proves this.  We back our units with a solid warranty and ongoing
 customer support.
