information in order for your warranty to be activated and your product
registered.
You will receive an automated confirmation of your registration via email
shortly after this completed form is submitted. Following that, once
your information is verified, you will receive back a
Confirmation Number. Please retain and record this number in your
owner's manual in the space provided.
