We have enough confidence in our products to offer them with a full one year limited warranty to the original owner. All workmanship and components including transformers, circuit board (s), capacitors and resistors are fully covered.  We will not warrant damage to the amplifier or any component caused by the failure of a tube or a faulty tube having been installed.  Tubes have a 30 day warranty or the time the manufacturer will provide to us.

    Ideal Innovations reserves the right not to warrant any amplifier or component of any amplifier which displays evidence of improper use and or misuse, tampering or modifications. 

    If there is ever a failure with one of our amplifiers we must be contacted before any attempt at repair is performed.  If the bottom cover is removed without previously contacting us your warranty will be void.  Ideal Innovations must authorize any service performed throughout the warranty period.

    Warranty is subject to parts availability at the time of the repair.  We cannot guarantee that our suppliers will be making the same parts or even be in business at all one year from now.  Therefore we reserve the right to substitute other branded parts of equal value.

    Prior to shipping any unit back to us for a warranty claim, we must be contacted and a RA Number will be issued to the customer.  We will refuse the shipment of any unit sent to us without the Return Authorization.  Return shipping and insurance costs, and the possible loss or damage in shipping to us, is the sole responsibility of the customer.  Ideal Innovations will be responsible for shipping costs back to the customer after the warranty repair is complete.

    PLEASE NOTE:  It is required that you register your new product within 15 days of receiving your item with our Online Registration form in order to activate your warranty.
